Most of the regional servers go to half connection speed. It would be nice to have better speeds. Overall the server is easy to use, and does what I need it to do for a good price.

So far so good. Connection to server of choice is quick and painless. Speeds are good throughout the day. There are times that the speed dips but that only happens once in awhile.

On PC, Surfshark has been great. I've speed tested a couple local servers and consistently get very close to my normal max speeds. While it has the option to let programs of your choice bypass the VPN connection, I haven't felt the need. Streaming, torrenting, gaming, often all at the same time and it works great for all of it. Other positives: Very easy to setup and use. Works great on Firestick. Many servers around the world. Security and privacy protection seems mostly excellent.* If you're particularly paranoid, you can "hop" your connection through multiple servers. No limit on number of devices. *The one issue I have had, is on mobile. I have auto-connect on WiFi enabled, but it often doesn't. I signed up for the absolute bargain 2 year deal and currently have no regrets. Very pleased with Surfshark.
