This is great. Reasonable payment for a 25month deal. I’ve had a few gimmicks but tech support is truly helpful. My BIG advice to users? Two things - make sure you have actually downloaded Surfshark application onto your desktop and not simply as an extension on your browser so your device can be fully VPN secured. Also! you can connect it to a common WiFi you use in the WiFi settings by clicking on the WiFi you want and clicking on ‘connect to VPN’ where you should see Surfshark next to it after downloading - this could help with better connection!
Please make the "Server" page like ExpressVPN's Server page. When a country has several servers, the > expands and shows the status of each server. SurfShark does not offer that feature at the moment.
Nice but... 1. Would be nice if the connection interface would disappear in the background after connecting; 2. Numerous websites cannot be loaded unless I disconnect Surfshark and reload the page. Annoying.
Surfshark just plain works. Connects quickly each and every time. No speed loss either. Recommended.
Cela fait maintenant 5 semaines que j'utilise Surfshark sur PC et je n'ai pas à me plaindre, que du contraire. J'utilisai auparavant CyberGhost qui offre pas mal d'options mais finalement pas très simple d'utilisation ou pas très efficaces, j'avais en tout cas pas mal de problèmes de connexion et en plus un abonnement en augmentation! j'ai alors essayé Surfshark pendant 1 mois avant de m'abonner et j'ai été très satisfait de l'utilisation, facile et efficace. Le choix de serveurs n'est pas énorme mais largement suffisant, la vitesse de téléchargement de torrent est plus que satisfaisante, supérieure même à CyberGhost, et pour un prix super inintéressant si on choisi un abonnement de 2 ans. Sur Android c'est pas mal non plus. Ma femme l'utilise sur un IPad et c'est aussi correct, avec cependant moins d'option que sur PC ou Android. C'est finalement un très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande donc ce produit!
Beste lezer ! Sinds kort ben ik overgegaan op het gebruik van een VPN vanwege privacy- en veiligheidsoverwegingen . Mijn keuze is gevallen op Surfshark op grond van de uitstekende recensies die ik las over deze vpn-provider . Mijn persoonlijke ervaring : geen merkbare vertraging.Verder heeft men de beschikking over een addblocker .Ook is dit programma zeer eenvoudig in het gebruik ! Tenslotte zijn de mensen van de klantenservice erg aardig en behulpzaam en is de prijs relatief gunstig . Kortom : lang niet slecht !

I'm a Linux user. It was a simple install & easy to use. I see no degradation in network speeds - no issues whatsoever. When an app like this is invisible, that is it's biggest compliment.
Simple interface, reliable killswitch and auto-connect feature, fast connections with multihop options, doesn't take a lot of memory, and relatively inexpensive compared to other popular VPNs. I signed up for a multiyear plan and I'm quite happy with my choice.
Prima programma dat je nooit in de steek laat! (Behalve na het automatisch 's nachts downloaden en installeren van Windows 10 Updates op een HP pc. Maar dat ligt niet aan het uitstekende Surfshark, maar uitsluitend aan het uiterst arrogante en zelfzuchtige Microsoft GRRBRRGGRR!)
