The affordability is my deciding factor but now that I use it, its performance is excellent as well.
Awesome Customer service!! They helped me manually set up my TP Link router!
Great for the most part... however there is one small annoyance. The good... fast... did I say fast? I am impressed with the relative speed as compared to my previous VPN. Also, the iPhone app from PIA would never connect to the VPN over Wifi. SurfShark's iOS app connected the first time, without having to adjust or change anything... Unblocks Netflix, BBC, Hulu, and loads of other region specific services. The annoyance... When I connect to Surfshark, I cannot access my Surfshark account. I can't log in. It tells me too many login attempts, try again later. One would think that SurfShark would whitelist their own VPN connections, right? If they fix this one little annoyance, this review would be five stars.

When someone is trying to connect to their SurfShark account, using SurfShark VPN, then they shouldn't be blocked for ANY reason. All SurfShark VPN IP addresses should be white listed. If not, then you simply don't trust your own VPN, so why should we?
Using SurfShark for two months, no problems to report, easy to set up and use.

I paid for a service that has given me nothing but problems, surfshark had an update installed that continually caused my internet connection to fail, eventually after about 10 days all stopped working my internet and surfshark. I spent three and a half hours and finally had my internet back,reinstall surfshark and all was back to normal. Without my request it automatically updated and now surfshark does not work at all, I am very disappointed with this product and I would like an acceptable outcome.
Ottimo, funziona con quasi tutto, ogni tanto ho problemi con l'app di Netflix su Windows 10, ma da browser funziona comunque. Ottimo il fatto che non ci sia il limite dei dispositivi, senza contare l'ottimo prezzo.
