Best customer service out there. Lance is the best customer rep i ever encountered. He helped me in setting up the app i wanted to watch. He made sure I could watch my favorite show. Extremely patient, kind and sincere...wish i could hire him for my office:)

Surfshark hits the mark for me because we needed to view US based N Flix, as we are based in a country far from there:-) and our local viewing supplier only provides what they think you should be watching at a ridiculous heavty price. So Surfshark does link us with a smile. did have some slow connection server problem a week ago but after chatting to them online via the web, it seems to be fine 2 days later. Running a 20mb fibre line currently and i loose about 8 - 9 mb at most, but still perfect for streaming from here via US servers!

It heavily slows down the speed of your internet but it works great for it's purpose so I give it 5 stars. The support system and support staff are both excellent. I hope this will be consistent. I highly recommend Surfshark.

Works well however at Starbucks it goes on before I connect and starbucks WiFi doesn’t work. I have to turn it off connect then turn it on
