The support people are helpful. The product is faster than the last product I used. I like that IKEv2 is available on Android. 2.5.8 does not work properly on my Firesticks. Customer service gave me a link to 2.5.6 which actually turned out to be 2.5.5. It seems to be working better and not freezing up now.

Hi, ich habe einige Vpnanbieter ausprobiert, aber so zufrieden wie mit Surfshark war ich noch mit keinem. Er ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, sei es automatisch oder manuell, er verlangsamt kaum die Geschwindigkeit vom Inet, und man kann jedes Land hernehmen, daß man ohne Geoblocking Filme schauen kann. Und das auf auf mehreren Geräten. Top

I have only had this for 6 weeks. The 1st few weeks I would have rated them a 5 star. I launched the app and saw I had been disconnected with out my knowledge. Had to log back in now the app keeps freezing up and won't open. Cost is great but unsure if it's working. Uninstalled app, reinstalled the same thing is happening. No help from the chat site.

It does not allow me to login to Amazon Prime because I'm on a vpn network and Netflix in the different regions is unstable; especially the U.S.
