These guys try to sweet talk you through the 30 day trial period. They promise various methods to solve their bugs such as restarting the application over and over. I was on PIA before which was smooth but with Surfshark the connection drops continuously and they even blamed me for that and refused to make a refund becuse of it. Now they have scammed me out of 23 months of service and their reply is: "The conversation that occurred on the 21st of February ended abruptly as there was a disconnection from live chat without confirmation that the issue has been resolved and you only came back today, when the 30 day money back guarantee is already passed."

I was expecting that your service would fix the problem many Bell internet users have with the Gforce Now streaming gaming service (packet loss, frame loss). Many GFN users have fixed the problem with a VPN (NordVPN). I thought that you would be able to do the same but you're not. Anyway I decided to keep your service because it is affordable. Thanks

Ik ben nog niet compleet op de hoogte wat er mogelijk is, 1 ding is wel duidelijk voor mij en dat is dat ik een goede vpn verbinding heb voor weinig. De keuze op shurfshark is gegrond geweest.

Can’t use it to stream content on my smart tv as it slows the feed down so much that it either stops the video or pixelates it. Can’t use Prime TV app. Tried three times to cancel and was talked out of it by customer service promising solutions that never materialized. Now my trial period has passed and I’m stuck with something I don’t use.
