I am not too tech savvy yet I hade an issue with connecting into Surfshark. I went to their website chat support and Lance was quite helpful with my question regarding this. VPN is not easy but with his help I got the results that I needed to be connected.

The VPN service itself is quite good. However the Surfshark client for MacOS could use some improvements. For example a favourites list of cities would be very helpful so that I don’t have to scroll all the way to the bottom whenever I want a US server. I don’t know what the windows client is like. Also, when running the VPN on iOS my emails don’t come through at all, so I need to disconnect surfshark whenever I want to check my email.
