I really love this service, the app and diversity on the platforms that it is able to be used on, including mobile devices. Fast, smooth connections and reliability are just a few things that describe this. I am giving this a 4/5 ONLY because the latest update took away a really awesome feature that I found very useful on my laptop and desktop computers using multiple windows and apps. It was called "Mini Mode". Mini Mode shrunk everything down to a basic bar that could fit where you could see it, know you were secure and even switch it on/off really quickly without going to the big window and put it on top of your current window just to check if you were connect, secure and safe. Please bring this back, I beg you. I will change this to 5 stars if that feature is brought back.

Quick and simple, with loads of location options. It's really affordable and very easy to use across devices. Connecting does tend to drop the speed significantly tho. Some servers have been flagged by US Netflix.
