Their latest software Surfshark v2.6.1 couldn't connect, I tried it for 3 days then sent a cancellation notice to their support team, which they skillfully avoid doing because Surfshark are not in the business of giving refunds despite what they say about a 30 days money back guarantee. I did eventually get the refund but I had to raise the issue through Amazon Pay. I can't recommend this VPN the software is buggy and their refund policy is shady. You've been warned!

Only been using a few weeks seems fair and pricing good and comparable. At times it does slow my connection down but may need some more technical know how on my side!.

It works perfectly. I live in France, and I was looking for a VPN service to access the Korea Netflix library. For that, SurfShark provides reliable service. Although all of sudden, today Netflix has identified the proxy server and blocked the detoured connection, live chat assistance quickly understands the situation and has proposed me to other options, which works perfectly. Thanks, SurfShark. Connections are fast and speed is excellent. However, I have to pay attention to the connection. Sometimes it drops by itself.

Not ready for Prime Time - or Amazon Prime Video. Apps for FireTv are buggy, drop VPN randomly, lock up, and crash. Can't update from inside the app - and no notification that updates are available. Have to un-install app and "side load" the updated app. Updated app not longer works with Amazon Prime Video. They suggest that you watch it on the browser now. Uhhh, NO! 'Developers are working on it but have no solution at this time' Yeah... Also, no way to use VPN and "whitelist" an email client like Thunderbird, so email won't work if using VPN, and you get tons of security warning from your email providers. "Chat" is a roll of the dice that you will actually get someone that knows what they are doing. Takes forever to work out even the smallest of issues. Should definitely have gone with a better VPN. Don't believe the positive reviews - they are most likely "sponsored". Wasted my money on Surfshark and can't get a refund. Don't make the same mistake I did. Just walk away....
