I have had no issues whatsoever with it. The thing has never disconnected and initial setup was beyond simple. In a year they have reached the top 5 and they deserve it from my experience. The one thing I see them losing out on in reviews is the coverage otherwise they would not be losing at all. They went from 100 original servers to over a thousand in a year. As the customers come in this gap will disappear. I was just reading they won 2 gold and 1 silver at 16th Annual Info Security PG’s 2020 Global Excellence Awards. I did not see any of others in there. The price is more than right and you get as good as you would anywhere else. There's no downside to choosing them and with the expansion they showed during the first year they are not messing around they want to be the best and they will be.

Everything is perfect. Except for the Android app, which automatically disconnects sometimes, but I think it's Android's fault (or me) because every VPN has this issue. But since I'm mainly using it on the desktop version, it's really really good! If you want a VPN, just get this one (+ it's cheap).

This VPN is good. I have been satisfied with it since purchase. Recently had a problem with the current app download on an android device, would not connect. Contacted customer support; was told there was an issue with that particular version of the app, was given a link to a slightly older version. Installed, connected again. And the response time was incredibly fast. In times like these, it helps to have friendly interactions with professional support services.
