The VPN works very well for Netflix and other streaming platforms I use however it doesn’t work too well on the internet when trying the streaming websites but that’s just a minor complaint easily fixable by Using the apps

I have lost internet access because of Surfshark on TWO occasions in the first month of use. In each case it took over 2 hours to sort the problem out. So, I was unable to get any internet for over 2 hours, on each occasion. if you need reliable access to the internet, you may be better off looking at other VPN providers. Additionally, each time they update the VPN (about once a fortnight) Surfshark needs to be manually restarted. It is not obvious how to do this! This does not happen automatically. You may need to restart your machine as well. Until it has been restarted you cannot access the net. Update: I cancelled my subscription (with 10 months still to run). Surfshark refused to refund the unused portion of the subscription. It seems that "shark" is an apt name for this company. Update No 2 It appears that Surfshark are blaming me for the inadequacies of their service! Their suggestion that I might "one day return to them" is laughable.
