I'm not great with computers, and I've never really understood VPN's, and looking at how to set one up was a bit confusing for me. For the sake of privacy I bought this, installed the app and it just worked. Easy setup, super reliable and a great price!

OK new customer today. East coast USA. 1. Super easy to sign up. 2. Super easy to install on Windows 10 and Androids. Iphone next. 3. Speedtest.net - before VPN live and after VPN live. Call me crazy but download speed stayed the same at 120mbps upload increased from 6mbps to 9mbps 4. Online live support answered in 60 sec. or less 3 times as I'm trying to configure Smart DNS for my TV. Not working at the moment. Let's see if they keep the halo in a month from now :)

The price point is great. It's really affordable while still providing all the countries, and several locations within them at that. However, when using this VPN on either my computer or phone, I often need to enter websites with a workaround in order for them to work, particularly Hulu. Enter and reach the target page without the vpn on, turn it on to reload, and then a few more back and forth before I can actually load the content I was aiming for. Further, when used as a full computer VPN and not just a browser extension, this workaround doesn't seem to work. Overall, big fan of the VPN and it's price point, which I think makes the extra workaround steps a fair trade off.

I got absolutely top support from Jason yesterday, 28 March 2019. My problem was that my cell phone was not allowing me to connect to SS after an update failed because it did not fully download. My computer knowledge is limited in some ways, and I was unable to send him a screenshot, even though he sent me the links to do so. Instead, I described the problem the best I could, and now the cell phone works with SS, and I also have the latest update. I must have been on the Web with Jason for over 2 hours, and he was extremely patient, polite, and helpful, AND HE FIXED MY CELLPHONE SO THAT IT NOW AGAIN ALLOWS ME TO CONNECT TO SURFSHARK. Great VPN. The download speed is usually about 50% (quickest server connection) of the download speed without VPN, which I think is OK.
