So far, so good! I haven't had any issues. Has not affected my internet speed at all.
I have used surfshark for a while now. All features are great except the multihop. Two times while using it, the app got logged off even with the kill switch is on. I haven't been using it since. Everything else is perfect. I had no slow downs or any kind of connections problems. I love using the fastest server option the best.
Sometimes working ok
If you're from the UK and use BT internet and want the ADVERTISED benefits that Surfshark states in it's sles blurb of access to wider Netflix libraries then under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you purchase SurfShark, I did and have just thrown my money away. I spent a couple of months trying to configure the SurfShark app on my TV changing this setting and that and then eventually contacted SurfShark's customer support. Having run through a number of other options they had to admit that the router supplied with BT Internet will not allow Surfshark to work and Netflix's will always detect the Surfshark app and stop you watching ANY of it's content irrespective of library. As I purchased Surfshark to gain the ADVERTISED extra Netflix libraries and do not need or want any of it other services I requested a refund. Oh no Surfshark customer support came out with the 30 day limit as they have with other purchasers and after extensive communications with them they still refuse to refund me, so they have my money and I have nothing. The only thing they could suggest is that I go out and blow even more money buying another router which my ISP will not support. Buyer beware!! Damn I wish I had read the 1 and 2 * reviews here first, it seems I'm not the first. Also what's the betting I get another copy/paste answer from their "customer services department"
When I use the solution in China I feel there is a lot of challenges. First: It is very difficult to connect to the VPN server. Sometimes I need to try 10 to 20 times before I manage to connect. Even I try different servers around the world. Second: I feel the line is very slow Third: The line is very unstable and I loose the connection very often. Firth: The app made for easy use, don't work in China. Over all, I feel the advertise promise too much compare to the price. So if your in China, I would recommend to try something else.
