I have been using for 8 months now won`t connect. Says no internet connection on firestick when I clearly have one! Happened after last upgrade.

One month in and very happy with the product and service. Value second to none. There was an issue with Firestick compatibility after a couple of weeks but that was quickly resolved after emails to and from customer service. Highly recommended.

surfshark is a total scam! they advertise unlimited devices and connections but then if you try to connect more then 10 devices you can't you get auth failed al the time! total deceiving advertising and fraudulent behavior, they think because they hide because a bvi offshore corp they can steal from people like this! everyone boycote this fraudulent scammers!!!!
