Only one US server is working on AndroidTV (Detroit). All other servers are detected by Netflix on AndroidTV, I have not found UK servers that work on AndroidTV. I am stressing this because other servers do work on my Windows 10, Android phone and iPhone.

I had a problem connecting to Netflix UK and had immediate help rectifying this. Surfshark help gets 100% marks for response times and assistance helping me getting everything running smoothly again. Thanks Surfshark help line, could not have been quicker response times or more helpful.

Just recently got Surfshark and it seemed simple enough to operate. I used it with no problems for a few days then all of a sudden devices wouldn't work when Surfshark was active. I thought something was wrong with the device. I eventually went to their chat help and they told me to make one simple configuration change that made multiple devices to work again. Like the product and great customer support!

Truly Wonderful Customer Service. I have never written a review for anything in my life, but It would be an injustice not to give a 5 stars for this company. I had connectivity issues whilst using the VPN and had to resort to live chat after trying to fix the issue for an hour or so. Less than 30 seconds, and an actual human being replied and gave me recommendations to fix the issue. The issue was pretty complicated and it turned out to be a problem on my end. There was back and forth communication for close to 2 hours due to the complexity of the issue, but during that whole period, not once, did I feel like they were trying to chase me away and call it a job well done. Based on my experience, if they were any other company, I would have got the template "I'll get back to you" message and I'll have to go through 5 separate agents to get the "nothing we can do about it" message. Thank you Mike and Ralph. Absolutely Phenomenal service. And, yeah, the VPN works great. Good Protection based on the testing I did and not a lot of loss of speed. P.S. It could be that I was speaking with a bot, but then, Surfshark must have the best chatbots in the industry.
