I paid for 2 years in order to watch BBCi player from Japan, and it works beautifully. So easy to set up, and the streaming quality is faultless. I have been binge-watching since day 1 of the service. I did make a typo in my account setup, but support are so easy to get in touch with and solved the problem very quickly. Support are extremely friendly and always available. As a note for other people thinking of using this service, Google Chrome needs some extra settings in order to stop it reporting your real location even through the VPN. Microsoft Edge will work with no changes.

I purchased a 2 year subscription but wasn't able to set it up correctly to stream foreign content. I contacted customer support through the chat and was almost immediately troubleshooting with Adam. We have tried lots of solutions, unfortunately none of them worked and I abandoned trying to fix the problem when the next step would be a hard reset of my network settings. At that point it was just too much of a hassle for me and I lost interest in the product. I was immediately refunded. I'm a bit disappointed that in my case - which appeared to be quite exceptional - it didn't work plug-and-play as I expected it to be. Considering the great support and the fact that the pricing is extremely affordable, I might try again in the future (when my particular bug might have been fixed, or if they have gained more knowledge on how to quickly pinpoint the problem I was having). After all, I wouldn't have a lot to hold me back to try again, as I have experienced that if I'm not satisfied, a refund is no hassle to obtain within the 30 day trial period. Adam was so kind to issue the refund for me, so I received a confirmation mail literally seconds after I confirmed to him I wanted to cancel.

I'm in canada and got this so I can watch US Netflix on my ps4. I set it all up. Got the smart Dsn ... changed the dsn settings on my ps4. It worked for 2 days. Now it only plays %10 of the movies? It plays all Netflix originals which is strange . But hardly anything else. Support can't figure out. Disappointed. And I paid for 2 years.

App is not working and they advise they are waiting on amazon...meanwhile their paying customers are out of luck since they have a non working VPN. A month of extra service doesn't resolve the issue..a refund should be offered..but their terms prohibit such. All I was looking for was when I would have a working app...and they blame amazon..slot of good that does me

Some phone apps seem to get blocked by Surfshark. For example, I frequently have problems view CNN news app on iPhone. I need to disconnect Surfshark in order to use CNN.

Very helpful staff ! I was unable to connect and one of the agents was actually able to help me resolve this issue. It's good I wasn't missing any dependencies too !
