I dont like it because it causes webpages not to load. I turn it off and try again, and the page loads normally. I have spent time on this with tech support to no avail. The product is defective in this case. I was told I could not get my money back as I was past the 30 days. But that assumes the product will work as promised. I shouldnt have to pay for a product that requires so much time spent trying to get it to work, and failing at repairing it. This is outrageous ! Sell a product that doesnt work, then fail to return the money to the customer for the unused months. Scott K.

I was actually going to contact you all. How do I cancel my subscription, this is the first VPN I have ever purchased a VPN Service. I honestly don't like the way it works. I find myself having to disengage the VPN because sites like Netflix and Amazon, to include when I check my bank account, I'm having to disengage the VPN Service. It a damn hassle. So please email me information on how I cancel your service.

Wasn't sure who to go with when deciding on a VPN. Living overseas I wanted to utilize US online services.
