Surfshark is good with their customer service and their current price however the issue i have is the speed once connected. it is alot slower than any of the other vpn services that i have used.

Bought to use on my fire tv & stick worked for a month then they updated it now it won’t work on fire stick tv spent hours on the live chat asked for phone call but no so they just pasted from 1-2 another each telling me the same thing each trying to get me to put in about 3 url all of them saying the same nothing worked so I said enough is enough can I get a refund got a straight up no I said but it doesn’t work just no so I bought 2 year subscription used for a month 6 weeks so the next 22 months I paid for it won’t work surly they could of refunded the remaining time or put some effort into fixing it but no SO STAY CLEAR spend your money on a better VPN better customer service

Often it takes a long time to connect

Sometimes it just will not connect but at the moment it could be network traffic. Also a lot of the times it will not auto connect. This happens on both Android tablet, phone and Windows. Thanks

Nie ma problemu z instalacją o obsługą pod Windowsem i IOSem. Dopracowania wymaga instalacja pod Linuksem :-(
