Awesome service! Would give 6 stars if possible! They have great DNS, great AdBlock, great, fast VPN with many, many countries (use IKEv2 protocol though) love their whitelist feature, customer service is incredible with live chat (especially you, Peter) and overall, their service is incredible. British Virgin Islands is a good jurisdiction, awesome no logs policy. You can even pay through cryptocurrencies, making complete anonymity possible (they have to store your credit/debit card otherwise). I have researched all VPN services thoroughly, and this is by far the best. You won't get better security, price, server networks or speeds anywhere else. Even has great compatibility. (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Firefox, Chrome, Android, iOS, Fire TV) The only better compatibility I have seen is with Blackberry as well. But they also have SmartDNS (although US IP addresses only, so far) and VPN through your router or laptop, so you can really use it for any device.

FAST !!! Stable consistent high speed connection every time. So nice to be able to find a VPN that I don't have to keep closing and reconnecting to get a stable high speed connection. Perfect!!

I would have given 5 stars because this is the fastest and the most stable VPN for streaming and surfing registered in a place where privacy is guaranteed and it is also the cheapest. The only defect is that occasionally download speeds would drop from an average of more than 90Mb/s to less than 20Mb/s. After a day or two so far, speeds have gone back to normal. Customer Service seems keen to help and is prompt in response.

The First few days of subscription it didn't work with my favourite streaming site in Italy. Now it does pretty well, even if sometimes the streaming is is slow or is interrupted and I have to restart.

actually I don't know how VPN really works, I was expecting that the sites I usually go to and which require an ID/Password would not recognize ma machine and they still do.... am I really anonymous on the web?

Goed waar voor je geld. Je krijgt ook precies waar je voor betaald hebt en het werkt ook echt op elk apparaat. Ik heb zelf dan alleen wat problemen dat mijn programma's erachter komen dat ik een VPN gebruik, maar dat is vaak pas na uren van gebruik. Heb hier dus niet veel last van daarom ook vier in plaats van 5 sterren. De twee extra programma's die je erbij kunt kopen (HackLock en BlindSearch) zijn nog in de BETA versie, maar zien er veel beloven uit. Top product alleen wat probleempjes aan mijn kant.

I have this app on three devices. One of my devices got a virus. I found this out when I shared an article from another app with a friend,and he told me that according to his security app my article contained a virus.

SurfShark is good but I am expecting more streaming services to be available. I have given the feedback and waiting for action but no commitment. I have already raised this with support team and awaiting resolution plan.
