Really struggling with both the app and the Chrome extension. It worked great at first, but now it will not allow me to connect to the internet. I can only do so if I disconnect the app. But that's not what I'm paying for.

I have only started using Surfshark recently, but I think it is great. I like the fact it connects automatically to the server I was last using. I like the fact I can select websites and IPs to bypass the VPN. The Clean Web feature blocks ads,trackers and malware, and I love that part. I had a problem connecting recently and I went through their online chat to get it resolved. I don't know very much about computers and the different systems. The lady who was helping took over an hour, and sent me links and screen shots to guide me through the process needed to resolve my problem. It would probably have been a lot quicker for someone with more knowledge of computers, but she was very patient, and I didn't get the impression I was asking her a load of stupid questions. I would definitely recommend Surfshark to anyone.
