I suffer seriously throughout reduction and lengthy reconnect delays when accessing email. Contacting SurfShark Support has suggested relatively complex set-up changes which have gained nothing. I tried to cancel and seek refund and I’m offered an extra 3 months Free but this of a service I consider unworthy.

Amazing service, exceeded my expectations and it works as mentioned. Flawless on PC and Fire TV but some apps in iOS still beat Surfshark and detects that you are using a VPN. Same app in Fire TV works perfectly well. Hope so new version will fix it and get the last deserved star as well ☺️

My internet was throttled heavily by my ISP, to an extent that opening a basic e-commerce site had become a task. But not anymore, Surfshark made me taste the sweet sweet flavour of untapped internet. Moreover, I don't see any difference in the speed. It loads everything as fast the normal internet loads unthrottled sites. I had bought it for my throttling issues but the other advantages are just too sweet as well. I got access to geo-blocked netflix, unlimited devices and that too at a very cheap price compared to other hotshots of VPN. Would definitely buy it next time too!
