I was using Cyberghost VPN for almost a year before I changed to Surfshark. Surfshark is better in every sense: connection speed and reliability, cost, support, quality of support, proactive communication with helpful tips. Also, some of the streaming websites that I wanted to use VPN for stopped working with Cyberghost. And this does work on Surfshark. Hope they keep up the good work and continue to be the way they are.

I’ve really enjoyed the extra security Surfshark offers while we are stationed in Nepal. It makes me feel a lot better. The only unfortunate thing I can think of is that it doesn’t seem to work with Amazon Prime (we refuse to use Netflix for personal reasons). I also love how quick, professional and kind the support team is. They’re awesome.

After many disappointments trying VPNs, Surfshark works well for the reasons i wanted it. But i still have some Netflix issues with using a UK server. The customer support and help is/was a very good standard.

Finding on Android and IPad Surfshark works well hence the 4 stars. On my Ubuntu laptops I cannot find a way to automatically launch Surfshark. Overall a good product at a reasonable price, but an easier user interface on Ubuntu for the non technical user would be great.

I have a hard time with my internet when it's on. Blocks certain shopping websites that I use all the time. I have to turn it off to access.
