Easy to set up and use on many different devices. The 2-year plan was incredible value, and the connection seems quite private. Have been using the service for about a month, with only two connection issues so far. The online support team is awesome.

Good VPN service, does what it needs to be doing. Download speeds are good, I lose only between the 20mbs --> 50mbs with the VPN on. So now and then connection drops, but this you can sort this out to change the protocols. Overall, money value really good.

works sometimes, great if you want to spend day after day talking to their customer service. i was using mine for about a month and a half and realized how it hardly ever works with streaming sites such as hulu and disney+ and when hbo max first started, it also never worked. i'd constantly hit up their customer service to troubleshoot and it would work for a day or so, but then i'd have to troubleshoot again. i tried using my sister's vpn for a week and all streaming sites loaded quickly. by then i was already outside of the 30 day money back guarantee so i couldn't get a refund. customer service told me they'd cancel my auto-renewal as that's the only thing they can do to help but a few days after and i checked my account, i saw that they didn't even do that for me. i cancelled their authorization on my paypal account instead + bought a new vpn because this is more trouble than it's worth. there's a reason why it's cheaper than other vpn services. try it but make sure you test it out within the 30 days - that was my biggest mistake. that and reading paid reviews on tech sites. never trusting those again.
