Surfshark definitely protects my computer but when i downloaded it on my phone, i had no wifi, so i go some data and that didn't work either inside the house. I had to leave my house to check emails, messages etc. At first, i didn't think it was Surfshark blocking my wifi, but when i deleted it, I got wifi straight away. On my computer, I have a very weak wifi connection which i didnt have before. I haven't deleted it off my computer because i payed for 2 years and it still protects it. Also, when i first got Surfshark, i could connect to different places around the world and watch more on Netflix, now it doesn't work. Overall, it protects my phone but a lot of the feautures don't work for me and it affects my Wifi.

I have had some issues getting my LG TV set up I have to use the dns service which sadly does not work as well as I hoped as some TV providers like Netflix still notice you are using a proxy so have had to connect the tv through my laptop and use the app instead which works great. In the evenings I have noticed a few speed drops which causes a blocky picture but for the price I paid is adequate. The online chat have always been available for me.

Could do with more servers in South America, generally a good service. Always room for improvement, the kill switch should be available at all times the software is turned on, just to cover any leakage etc. Was with IP Vanish before this offer appeared, very happy with that service just not the price hike. Overall to date a problem free service.
