Surfshark werkt goed, stabiel en is erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Ongeacht welk systeem je gebruikt. Ik hou het gewoon aan omdat ze mij een goeie speler lijken op de markt, en ik ze de tijd voor verbetering in snelheid van de servers. De servers zijn namelijk nog zeker niet de snelste. Dat is dan ook mijn enige verbeterpunt. Zodra dat positief veranderd verdient de dienst van mij 5 sterren.

I travel quite a bit between Malaysia and Singapore. While the coverage in the latter is great, I can't say the same for the former especially in KL. So most of the time I would have to connect to Singapore server even though I'm across the causeway in the northern part of the peninsula. Having said that, the coverage is still good despite using the Singapore server. I hope to see better coverage for Malaysia.

Had this vpn for four months and without doubt there have been issues and I really was getting fed up with. However first I changed my dns servers the surfshark. Big improvement - no leaks and good speed. Second my mobile phone contract ended and I went from vodaphone to giffgaff and immediately ipv6 leaks stopped and could use surfshark on my mobile. Third - started using linux and surfshark team helped me to load on there and its fantastic!! Please note I continally feel the need to search for leaks of my ip like I am paranoid about it. Now it seems I have no ipv6 issue, no leaks from webRTC and no leaks from DNS servers. Surfshark works an absolute dream on Firestick, Wingow 10 Linux Debian and last but not least my mobile phone. Amazing - very glad I stuck with Surfshark and thanks to all he team who helped me fix everyyhing no matter what time of day or night, cos I am completely new to vpn and could not have done it otherwise.

I can appreciate the security Surfshark offers when on public Wi-Fi. Unfortunately I had to turn it off since I also use Wi-Fi at work. I work in healthcare and if left on, none of my hospital medical record apps work due to the encrypted firewalls on the hospital Wi-Fi secure servers. It would be nice if you could identify certain secure wi fi providers NOT to use with Surfshark rather than an all or none philosophy. Now I have to delete Surfshark app when working and remember to download it again when traveling. Kind of a pain. 🤕

Installed and subscribed for 2 months now. Everything was smooth like butter at first, but bad and unstable connections happened quite frequently after 2 weeks of using it, making my phone (same experience with my other phone) frozen from internet connection. I need to disconnect VPN and switch locations. Same thing happened in all apps using internet connection, and very annoyed when gaming. I think it basic to have auto switching servers function. And found out the auto searching for fastest server is not actually fastest. It will only choose faster server around you, and not able to do switching automatically thru peak hours. The biggest concern though is I am not able to find my NAS server (QNAP) when using my desktop sometimes. I tried googling for solutions and thru their web site but failed. I stopped using it in my desktop cause it's affecting my work, and I am very disappointed. I suggested they make online tutorial to help users like me. SURFSHARK has showed me that they are immature when comparing to their competitor like NORD and EXPRESS.

So far I’m very happy wjth the experience, simple and easy to use on all devices. The only criticism is they don’t have multiple DNS locations available. I don’t want or like US content and want Australian but they only provide US DNS login. Perhaps something to look at.
