My first experience with SurfShark has been a pleasant one. I had some issues with my Firestick that customer service helped me solve.No problems installing SurfShark on my pc or phone. My overall experience has been quite pleasant. Thanks, Glenn

I'm not sure this is reputable organization. While using Surfshark on several different applications i was never able to access restricted content. I would not pay for this Surfshark VPN.

It was good at the beginng, afterwards my protocal was changed by Surfshark to Shadowsocks, ,which is a protocal to use if you are in China and need to bypass the firewall there. I was not happy with this anmd requested a refund. They told me I needed a PAYPAL account to make a refund, which I do not have and did not purchase Surfshak in that way, I was told 'Sorry, we cannot give you a refund. I said that it did not state that when I purchased , I was told that they would give this info to the devs for future review, so be careful with them, Reunds are not easy, I did not get one. I do not recommend Surfshark.

This is my first time using a VPN so I don't have anything to compare it to. I have noticed that it interferes with some things. On my Android TV box it interferes with Amazon Prime, Amazon doesn't seem to know it's me trying to watch a movie It's not listed in the "White List" but oddly enough Amazon Music is. On the computer, had to use the "White List" feature to stop it when sending mail (Windows Live Mail). Also the "White List" does not list all the programs I'd like it to. But it does seem to work well otherwise. The price is right and the fact that I can add as many devices as I want is great. I've got it on my phone, TV boxes and computers, I like it over all.

Surfshark slowed down my Windows system terribly. I uninstalled Surfshark and everything was back to normal.

Brilliant connection, drops out maybe once or twice a day for 15 seconds - but this is far better than competitors. Great price too and love the unlimited devices. Kill switch great for when ultra privacy is required 👀

the only issue that I have seen so far is that if the VPN is on, some sites like ESPN you can not access them....and once the VPN is turned off, you can access it like normal. seems when using Utorrent, it really slows down that program .
