Totally crap if using in China, its app has being down for over 3 weeks now in china, they offer an openvpn config to get around this but only has about 9 servers and all of these bar one are blocked! Customer service is as thick as 2 planks and send the same email copy and past with attached config files that no longer work!!! They hace totally ignored their customer is China, and wait for it.... you cant get a refund!!!!! Stay clear, go with another!

Hi From memory I recall struggling a bit at first setting surf shack up.This is the first vpn I have used.Perhaps a set up panel for !st timers and a panel for more advanced pc users. Also I remember loads of text to absorb at the start of set up , which can be a bit overwhelming. KIS. Keep it simple. Not all of us are pc wizards. Overall a good product at a super price. Thankyou. Fast, solid connections with low-latency. Android app, more so than the one for Windows desktop, can be mildly quirky, but both are overall trouble-free. I do fairly regularly encounter sites which require whitelisting or choosing another of the available servers. Customer service is highly-accessible, responsive, and thorough.
