Bought this so I could finally watch the US library on my Xbox One in Belgium. Guess what, it doesn't work. Not on the Xbox, smartphone or laptop. Not with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney. Literally nothing works. Tried everything, got live contact for 1,5 hours with their customer service with no solution. "Hmm, it seems like it doesn't work". Captain Sherlock right there. Just surfing on my smartphone or laptop with the VPN on is also very bad. Connection constantly drops on "fastest server" , or any other server, and when it doesn't drop, it's so annoyingly slow that I just shut down the VPN. Asked my money back, they refused. It's cheap, but it's rubbish.

Works fine with downloads, banking and general searching but seems to cause issues with: 1)- NetFlix, unable to view 2)- Amazon.ca, Amazon requires a emailed code to get me into Amazon All problems go away when disconnected from Surfshark
