Signed up to protect my (regional) viewing and they were the most cost effective. The results were initially DREADFUL, but after contacting the support team my problem was solved (seemingly with the wave of a wand). Contact was via online chat and was instant (no waiting for a response). The support assistant was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Would I recommend Surfshark right now ? In the beginning, I had 2 months of trying to find solutions from your techs to provide the service to my lap top in Windows 10 Pro. Whereas in my Windows 7 Ultimate the program adapted nicely and operated very well. Since finding the proper solution with Surfshark in Windows 10 Pro, I have had 3-4 times internet dropping the connections with the program. I would end up not using it for 20 minutes and then reconnect to finally connect. I am still working with this problem.

I reviewed and compared Surfshark with the other major players in the market and for me it was the best value(along with all the great reviews). I have have had Surfshark for a few months (laptop/iPad/mobile) and am pleased with the product. I have had to call the help desk a few times as I am coming up the VPN learning curve and they have been one of the best customer experiences and are willing to spend as much time as needed (as I was asking what-if or how does this work) questions. So far a satisfied customer!
