Great customer service
lately it always can't load anything even it has been connected. Always had to try to reconnect the VPN to see whether it can load again.
Fantastic service, great and intuitive interface, and quick to connect. Occasional connectivity issues, but Surfshark is quickly growing and it's understandable. Most importantly, their customer service is super attentive and addresses issues very rapidly to offer support and care to their customers. This helps direct their development, and I am assured they are constantly working very diligently to improve their service.
I use mainly Linux and it is a dog to choose a server or change settings. Then it crashed and I could neither remove nor reinstall which forces me to use the Firefox plugin with no control I could find. Finally got it to work once. Upon restart it crashed and had to reboot. I will not address the clunkiness of the login process as it would take too much space ;-)! On Windows and Android Surfshark installs and run very well furthermore it lets you tweak the settings.
I am not an expert user of computers. The ease of use is remarkable and reliability so far is 100%. No issues, no glitches, no uncertainties, means that I got a great VPN.

At first it was a pain to setup on my android but after Clark's persistent and helpful efforts/guidance, it finally worked! Had to reset network settings but all worth it! Thanks again, all the teams are very friendly and helpful. Netflix is fun again! Yay! My only suggestion is maybe try to chat on another device as it seems to disconnect every time I leave the screen. And it's not easy to reconnect. But once you're connected to someone, everything is all good. Thanks again for all the patience Clark!
I wanted it to get streams that I was having trouble getting in and it has not helped me do that. So when my subscription runs out I will be cancelling.
Servizio eccellente, sono passato da una vpn cinese molto Conosciuta a surfershark, differenze enorme di velocità e affidabilità le applicazioni presenti per tutti i sistemi operativi e supporti sono il migliore in circolazione avendone provato diversi molto lenti e pesanti, cosa che non si può dire di surfershark, prezzo e onesto ed funzionale e affidabile per ogni tipo di utilizzo si voglia fare, inoltre ha un numero illimitato di dispositivi, la mia è una recensione reale e spontanea, lo consiglio a tutti!
I am using Surfshark version 2.6.6 - mainly from my PC. The desktop version is easy to use. Though I have the app loaded on my Android cell as well. With the current lockdown in my area, I have noticed a larger than normal internet speed drop and this is more noticeable when I am using the VPN. However, I have not had any loss of connection that has caused me any problems. So far I find Surfshark to be a reasonable VPN that allows for multi-hop connection and has an easy to use kill-switch.
