This may be a great product but it does not work for me. I have a Huawei p30 phone and when I engage Surfshark it makes all my emails and phone apps inaccesable. In order to do anything, especially online banking I have to switch it off. Which makes it a rather pointless product. I feel I wasted good money buying it.

It doesn't connect to fastest server..when I first joined the service was brilliant but since then it doesn't connect to fastest server and when I stream it seems to create buffering

All South African Streaming services have blocked the servers that surfshark uses. so I now cannot use this VPN for the intended purpose... worked perfectly for the first few weeks.

I could not connect most of the time to the US servers.. I tried to get a refund but the customer service team kept on telling me that they would fix the problems. Big mistake and wont recommend or come back to this product.

Australian servers are too slow, I get 10 times the speed by connecting to NZ, mist of the time it is just that slow I don't bother with the VPN
