Great for unlocking Netflix but it does not work sometimes. It's very rare tho. The chrome extension is very convenient but for it works better if you use the main app and choose a static connection for Netflix

Si è verificato un problema, avevo la necessità di risolvere in breve tempo e quindi ho utilizzato il servizio di chat on-line. Che dire bravissimo il tecnico dall'altra parte della chat (Adam se ricordo bene). Con poche e mirate indicazione il problema è stato risolto in 10/15 minuti. Complimenti bel servizio veloce e professionale.

I have been using Surfshark for like 3 or 4 months now and i am very please with the service. I highly recommend. It works with anything. Netflix, hulu, anything ive watched.

I was using a competitors VPN until it came up for renewal. I looked at Surfshark and saw it was very competitively priced and the features seemed to better than I had from my previous provider so I went for it. I'm in the UK and was a little bit disappointed when VAT was added to the price at the last moment, but on balance Surfshark seems nexcellent value for money and has worked flawlessly.

Whilst the Service offered and the App itself is pretty good, I didn't find any benefits over my already subscribed VPN provider so wanted to cancel after my first month. and here is where it all went wrong for me with SurfShark... to cancel a subscription you are required to email the customer service or go on live chat via website and request a cancellation. I opted initially for the email and asked to cancel my subscription before it renews. an email came back asking me for a reason and no confirmation of cancellation. I responded with my reasons and again I asked them to cancel. the next response was the same thing again, just "here are reasons to stay" and let us know what you think. 3rd email I wrote again just asking to cancel. response again just asking me to reconsider...I finally gave up and went to the live chat. same thing again but this time no waiting for emails and after the 3rd time asking to PLEASE finally cancel my subscription they did it. what a pain. absolutely ruined my experience with their service and I will not recommend them any further.

The vpn is fast. But it requires disconnection when trying to get to many linked websites. It is 2 clicks to get to the referred site, but there should be a solution that does not require disconnectiong.
