Excellent speeds, accomodating pricing, prompt response to customer service inquiries. Some more development of their desktop app and a few more servers, would gladly raise it up to a perfect 5 stars. Only with them for a few months now, thus far very pleased.

Very good Vpn, fast and connects pretty quickly. Did have one problem trying to connect to a Brazilian server, just couldn't. Finally got through to someone at Surfshark who told me that the Brazilian server was down. Should really put this on their Web page. Other than that, been very happy with the service

I've only used one other VPN prior to using Surfshark, and from my limited experience, Surfshark acquires web pages significantly faster. While the number of servers available to use seem about the same, Surfshark connects much more quickly to those chosen. My surfing speeds seem about the same as when I am not using Surfshark.

Most of your servers are detected by Netflix which was my primary reason for signing up with you. The connection seems to break frequently although this is my first VPN so I have nothing to compare it against.. Your pricing is very competitive but I would rather spend a little bit more and be able to have unfettered access to Netflix.
