Didn’t work with my Amazon Firestick. Also, it was a pain to try to get a refund. I see your reply. So if this is your fault, why won’t you refund me? The service I got that did work was ExpressVPN. Worked instantly.

I've enjoyed Surfshark, and all the tests I have done seem to show that everything works great. The one exception being that I haven't been able to use Netflix in the way it is advertised. That's a big bummer because that was the number one reason I wanted a VPN in the first place. If you are not looking for use with Netflix, you can consider this a 5-star review, but since my intention was to use it with Netflix, it's gonna be a 3 from me, dog.

I am using Surfshark on Ubuntu PC, win10 laptop and Android smartphone. Everything fine with Ubuntu and Android. On the laptop, after a win10 update, there was no way to connect through IKEv2, which seems to be the default, so I was told to switch to open VPN (UDP). I did that and everything is going well.
