Surfshark is a good VPN service with reliable speed and connection. Customer service is okay. One major feature missing from the Surfshark app on iOS and iPadOS that i have used on other VPN apps is the feature to use Surfshark with Siri shortcuts. Surfshark app should really open its features to Siri Shortcuts.

The VPN-service may be good, I can't judge it. But their greatly presented money back garantee of 30 days is fake. I tried to get a refund because I needed the vpn for a lession at school and I didn't get results making me happy. Apart of this lession some weeks ago I have no helpful usage anymore, so I asked for a refund. The only thing they did is starting a discussion how great their service is and asked for a second chance. Hello? I don't need a second chance; the lesson is over and I can't use their service anymore. And no, I don't need any other promised security "feature".
