Feel more secure on line and the spam/junk mail has greatly reduced. Some web sites do not like a vpn connection so I just disconnect the vpn, do what 8 need to do, and reconnect (which is very quick and I have never had a connection that was no good). The set up was very easy, just download the app and away you go. For an boy this was important as did not want any issues with setting it up.

It takes too long for the application to become active. It also always seems to be somewhere that it is not close to my location when the app does activate

This is the first VPN service I've tried, and I'm very pleased with it. After changing some network DNS settings, connecting was a breeze, and I've experienced no problems. Speed seems fine too. The only negative is that if I ever want to access the internet without using the Surfshark VPN service, I have to revert those DNS settings, and then when I want to use Surfshark again, I have to change them back again. To avoid doing that, I'm just leaving Surfshark on all the time. I'd give Surfshark 4.5 stars, but since it doesn't allow half stars, I'll give them 5 stars.
