The Customer Service on the Website was wonderful even thou they could not resolve the original issue I had. I used the Live Chat. I am a huge fan of the live chat because you can get instant help. So offering that is already a huge PLUS POINT. The Agent who helped me was insanely patient. We have tried out pretty much all the troubleshooting possibilities and still haven't resolved my issue. That the one minus point they get. My issue was that I could not connect to any server besides one Multihop (basically a double VPN) it showed me thou I was connected but I could not load any website or any mail that was I using. Which was a problem on my Macs and on my iPad. The iPad issue was fully and very easily resolved. But with my mac using the app did not get resolved. we came up using the Extention for Firefox instead. An extension for safari would be great too. I could do the stuff I need to but able to use this for my whole computer would be very nice. Somehow the issue must be resolved very soon...so Surfshark please make it possible to use the connection with the desktop app.

Surfshark wasn't suitable for me to leave connected all the time. I want to make all my data more secure and avoid targeted ads, but I had to keep disconnecting and reconnecting the iOS app which isn't a great user experience. The battery drain was pretty harsh too, but that seems common across different VPN apps (but not the one I have now signed up to). I did manage to get a refund as Surfshark offer a 30-day money back guarantee, but it's not easy as support are desperate to make you stay. It took 6 emails from me to get the refund! If you're going to use it on a PC, or just turn it on when on public wifi etc then it's a great price for the functionality.

Easy to use and offers a wide range of servers to connect to. However, its is not always possible to use the BBCi player, ITV Hub and Prime TV whilst connected to a server. I often have to disable the vpn when doing this which really defeats the purpose of having a vpn in the first place.
