Works very well overall and I would give it 4.75 out 5 if I could. On a couple of occasions it has dropped out but that is over a period of 4+ weeks and it has never refused to reconnect. Can't say that I have noticed any degradation in my download/upload speeds. Highly recommended.

So far I have had no issues with surfshark, it connects every time and It does what it is intended to do. I have used several VPN,s over the years and so far surfshark has been the most reliable and stable system and does not have a problem in connecting to any sites I have been on. I would definitely recommend surfshark to everyone.

Don’t work with Netflix which is what I wanted it for

Internet connection always disconnecting. Does not work with Netflix. Speed is slow and always buffering with other websites. I’m not satisfied with the speed or compatibility with some services. But customer service is very quick which I do appreciate. They have been trying to resolve my problem, but I think it’s their way to buy time so I don’t qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. I would NOT recommend surf shark until they resolve issues with Netflix and other video streaming sites.
