I am based in Nee Zealand. I noticed a 10% drop in broadband speed using the VPN which is acceptable. There are times when using the VPN on my iPhone where the phone switches from wifi to 4G and back to wifi. This results in a few second delay. Not sure why it happens for me but occurs on a average once a week. Overall pleased with the speed and the cost of this service.
