Browser extension works great, but the app itself for my PC is very wonky and feels like it is still in beta phase; some of the flaws: - Connection issues - Changing but not reverting network settings - Disconnecting my internet and then crashing Overall you get what you pay for. It could be better, but I still would recommend it solely for browser extension and android settings.

I have had surfshark for 2 months and in that time I have been communicating with Surfshark repeatedly to try and resolve isssue of non availabilty of my Amzon Prime video account content. Despit 6 email going back and forth with surfshark support and trying out their various sugestions, I am still not able to watch any of the primevideo content with surfshark enabled. They have now stopped responding when I sent them screen shots of internet speed drop of 80%. I have given up on surfshark. Money wasted.
