Very, very disappointed with Surfshark performance. I have 150 Mb service, which works fine without Surfshark, but freezes when the VPN is active. I have tried various servers and protocols. Nothing seems to work. Consequently, I do not use it any longer. Oh, by the way, it runs on one of my Firesticks, but not the other. Way too slow and quirky. I used Express VPN previously and never had these problems. Seriously regret buying a two year subscription based on the sizzle.

Sur mon PC, l'application Surfshark ne fonctionne qu'à travers un navigateur tel chrome ou edge etc... avec l'extension. Mais si je dois l'utiliser en configurant mon serveur PC (via Windows) alors la connexion est impossible, dommage, pour utiliser l'application Molotov pour PC, impossible de l'utiliser, car molotov fonctionne à travers le serveur . Ceci dit, elle fonctionne très bien sur smartphone

Leider habe ich nicht wirklich gute Erfahrungen mit Surfshark. Vielleicht ist es ja auch das ich falsche Einstellungen verwende und zufriedener sein könnte. Mein Problem ist wenn ich Surfshark mit dem Internet verbinde bricht ab meinen Router (Fritz!box 6360) die Internetverbindung zusammen. Ich muss den Router neu starten und manchmal auch Windows 10. Das ist ein Zeitaufwand den ich bei dem VPN Norton zum Beispiel nicht hatte. Vielleicht könnten Sie mir ja helfen Surfshark richtig einzurichten. Wenn es läuft macht er auch das was er soll und das auch sehr gut. Denn der Speed im Internet verlangsamt sich nur geringfügig. Nur bei dem genannten Problem werde ich wenn man es nicht beheben kann Surfshark nicht verlängern. Mit freundlichen Grüßen W.Christ

I have used a few vpn services, I must say Surfshark offers a good deal with extra features. The connections are stable and reliable. There are many servers to choose from and you can switch between multi hop , a static connection and normal. Surfshark gets a very good rating from me. ( I have a two year plan )
