I rely on my Skype number for my livelihood. Surfshark was wonderful and I could even drop it for the rare times I wanted to watch something on Starz, but when I figured out I was not getting any inbound calls? Surfshark sent me down a couple maybe try this and then dropped the ball. I have been doing software support for 25 years - you just don't drop the ball. Either fix it or offer the money back - - nothing. On the cell phone it sucked a lot of power. My phone normally last 2 days, but was barely making it through the day. I thought it was due to an old battery (>2yrs), but the replacement proved me wrong. So I am out the 1yr year subscription cost and a replacement battery. Surfshark replied please contact support. Folks at Surfshark! I did and that is what I am complaining about - no response!

The experience is great. Simple design and looks nice. I am currently living in Namibia,Africa. My internet is already slow, about 10mbs and when I connect to places like Australia my speed barely makes it to 1mbs. Is there anyway I can improve that? That’s the only downside I am finding from the app.
