Good performance and bandwidth, unlimited devices, enough servers, easy to use and works perfectly on IOS, Mac and Firefox plugin. Would live to have some statistics and split tunneling configuration on Apple devices. Even with VPN running, I can access to my local NAS. Finnally best value for money

Took WEEKS to configure it to a point where it's actually usable. Was back and forth to tech support practically begging for them to resolve the issue, it still isn't perfect as it crashes and prevents access to websites regularly. Have persisted as I didn't want to give up on it, but considering my desktop was only 10 days old with hardly any other software installed and custom built to high performance specs, I expected tech support to have solved the problems completely. Alas, would never recommend this VPN software to anyone. Would normally give a one star however as it currently works 40% of the time, I felt it was only fair to acknowledge that much....

Have previously used PIA Nord Keep Solid and others and Surfshack is the best so far. No quibbles over number of devices and it connects better than others even though the same system is used. Price is fair and will continue to use long term if not radically changed as customers prefer to be loyal if they are not ripped off later. My only suggestion is an add on as part of software is a green dot on screen for Android boxes or have one in menu to save looking for an APK.
