Leider kommt es immer wieder zu Abbrüchen, Probleme mit dem Internet, langsamer Verbindung u.Ä. Muss den VPN immer wieder abschalten und in letzter Zeit läuft er weniger als mehr. Leider. Das gilt auf allen 4 Geräten. Vom Windows PC bis zu zwei iPhones.

This is the second VPN review I have written this week. That's because I'm evaluating different services to find one to replace my old service. FYI. Anyhow, on to Nord. The same as my last review, DON'T believe review sites that say how wonderful Nord is if you need a VPN in China. Like all the VPN review sites, they are paid to write good things and are a full of rubbish. If you are in China, you won't get speeds above 30Mbps, you won't have access to fancy server features, you won't be able to use DD-WRT servers, you won't have access to 1000+ server locations. None of those things. If you look on their website, they say on ONE PAGE that China is difficult, and some things might not work, that they are working on improving service. They have been saying that for a very long time. And yet they charge users in China the same as everywhere else! Hey Nord. Maybe you should update your advertising to let people know that if they are in China, they will only have access to 6 servers, no obfuscating, no DD-WRT support and generally less service for the same money? I think people would appreciate your honesty and not instead waste money on your services. And don't tell me to connect with your engineers for help. It was your engineers who confirmed all of this after I tested your service for myself. You charge people for all these wonderful speeds and features, but users in China get only a fraction of them. Sure, China is a 'difficult situation', but you are still charging the same price as you charge everywhere else. Really, really not good value for money, and you should make people aware of that. Tl;dr: The same as the majority of VPN providers, NordVPN don't offer the same features to China users that they offer everywhere else, but they still charge the same high price. So you may as well just choose a cheaper service. They do offer a 7-day free trial though through their app, so sign up for that and you'll see whether it's worth the price. But trust me, it's not.

They did have a breach. However, they sent out emails as soon as they were aware. The only issue I've had was billing related and I think it was the 3rd company I used to pay them.
