The app is easy to use even for my not so tech-friendly wife, speeds are surprisingly good and the customer support works like bees. Tiny drawback - little letters on app (sometimes hard to read). It started off well but the last couple of weeks has been difficult. I know it has a lot to do with the fact that I live in the holier than thou middle east but it worked fine for the first 2 months or so and then all of a sudden I couldn't login at all. I spoke to support and they were very helpful both times and they did manage to get me back online again but they did say that because of my location very often they will block vpn's...I didn't know they could actually do that. Anyhow, i'm still having issues and I paid for the two year deal...frustrating.
