Service is good enough. After cancellation they went in and used my card without further consent as that was lifted once the service was cancelled. Refund request is in and now I need to wait up to 10 days for my refund for money they took without my consent. Too often this is the case with online companies. I just wish some real accountability could be legislated rather than the patronizing I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
there service is okay not great the app does work however the speeds are just okay nothing great their customer service is Honorable and there is not easy. this is my biggest issue with them is set up is a pain with limited to no customer service. although yes the service will work after some set up be aware of what you are getting into
Very Good vpn service. Works with every service I've tried so far. The only issue is Amazon prime on mobile. Amazon prime on PC works though. Many slow servers...and many fast as well. Easy to configure with for example Edgerouter for permanent VPN They also support custom username
Just got it, after selecting a random server in my land, it works flawlessly. Speeds are great and not even IP locators can find me. Great investment - the thing is that the more tech savvy you are the more you can do wit it. And it does not even detect that you are using a VPN. Also compartmentalize, sign out of google accounts destroy your browsing history and turn on add blockers. It works, and if you don't go do illegal things or try to login into your non burner social media you may get burned.

I'm not a tech person. I was tired of all the unwanted emails from companies. Your search for a product and every store would send you emails, and advertisements on the browsers I was using. I gave one VPN provider a try and thought I will never be able to use one. I started looking for reviews online and asking friends. NordVPN was top-rated by many tech magazines and recommended by friends and coworkers. When reading reviews, I decided to give NordVPN a try. I was pleased with the installation and process. I tested for leaks as recommended by reviewers and tech magazines and could not find any. In still test when I log into the VPN. It was simple to use. The speeds, in my opinion, are fast. I come from the days of dial-up ISP's. I can stream without buffering. I saw much less advertisement on the browser and on my email account. I was impressed with their customer service. I'm not a fan of online chatting for issues. They took their time; they emailed me the transcript of my conversation with instructions and it worked great. I bought another month and decided on the 3-year deal. They gave me a great deal too. The only negative is the chat customer service but that's because I don't like that type of support. I also tested all the Ip address and leaking of information as per the websites to see if the VPN leaked your location or data and could not find any. They also paid to be tested by Price Water Cooper, and they do not track, for persons that are concerned about possible nefarious activities and do not want to be tracked. I've also noted they keep improving and adding more service. All I can say I'm pleased from my standpoint, and my needs. I don't understand the negative reviews. Update 2/8/2019 Still Pleased with their service. I had an issue the other day and through email, they helped with my issue in less than 4 hours. I know they have been demoted by PC Mag for their incident or breach in their Finland server. They were slow to notify their clients. They changed the sever provider immediately in Finland and have implemented more security measures after the breach. They raised their standards even further for current and future data center partners. They have partnered with Verisprite cybersecurity, they will implement penetration tests. They have introduced a bug bounty program. They will have a third party full-scale security audit this year. So to cut it short the breach was not taken lightly and they have beefed up security which makes us safer. No, I do not work for Nordvpn. I just trust their service. They have the largest amount of servers, and it takes time. No, I do not work for Nordvpn. I trust their service.
