Very,very excellent service
I would leave less than a star. Nord VPN had issues since the start. I thought they could advise me to fix, but I would get different issues. Like not being able to send emails. Then, when i disconnected VPN, i would lose internet connection. Wanted my $$ back, they said no, it is past 30 days. Would highly not recommend these fools who cannot fix there own systems!!!!
You currently have to log in every time you start your pc, there is no automatic login. Customer support had me do a complete reinstall which did not work. They then blamed third party e-mail providers for this which is such a lame excuse. I am giving them a week to fix it, then I will be cancelling my three year subscription and going elsewhere
I am sorry to say that I agree with many of the reviews made here. The VPN has found a way to interrupt my connection with my printer. Once I turn off the VPN I am able to print as normal. I also have found over time that many streaming services deny access if using my nordvpn. I will not be renewing my subscription.
VPN services might run vary depend on which country you use in. For my perspective, a VPN provider should consider the costumers need who live in very-heavily-restricted-internet country, for example Qatar, Turkey. Such countries block VoIP communications and certain websites which people use a lot. As for NordVPN in Qatar in 2020; --DOWNS-- - OpenVPN protocol does not work at all. You cannot use in your router, very sad - Newly WireGuard protocol does not work properly, hoping them to solve this issue at soon - You cannot login the app within the Qatar boundary, because of ISP restrictions, however some other VPN companies managed to bypass this (i.e. SurfShark). To tackle this issue, you must define the IKeV2 protocol manually on your iOS device, then activate the VPN, then you ll be able to log in NordVPN app. Again, it is sad, having this experience from this company - More protocol should be implemented such as openconnect, L2TP, IPSec. Manual wireguard protocol should be available (QR code) - Obfuscated servers are no different from others (for me at least), can't find any useful way to experience them - In the website of NordVPN, under servers section, there are 'see tutorials', if I click them for example HTTP Proxy SSL, coming up webpage is not related with the title at all. It directs to main page of support. --UPS-- - Once you have the connection via app, it is very stable. If wifi lost and cellular activated, VPN connection still runs with LTE. Perfect. - Speed is okay - Netflix US is accessible - Costumer service is okay, can be improved by being little more polite to costumers - Having proxy option is great
I was sooooo screwed over by these guys. they said i could cancel my sub AT ANY TIME. so i got annual sub thinking as long as i use it,ill pay for it. ooohhh boy was i wrong. they said i passed 30 day free time so no refund at all,not even time i got left, which is 6 months . all in all DO NOT BUY THIS.
No BS. Go for it.

I bought Nord Vpn last year. After a few initial teething problems, it worked, after a fashion. It was very 'chuggy' But it's gone downhill since then. I am unable to connect to BBC player when abroad. I sent a query regarding this and have received a response telling me that Nord is no longer compatible with iplayer - thanks a lot! Even when at home, in the UK, I have to disconnect Nord to download iplayer and the same for the BBC Sounds App. My internet is awful when I have Nord connected. The speed is slow and I am constantly being disconnected. Because I am constantly disconnecting it to do anything, I forget to put it back on when I need it! ie banking. Like many other people reviewing, I was sucked in to a 3 year contract by spurious claims and discounted prices. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - unless you enjoy wasting your money.
No longer works in Turkey. You will inevitably be forced to engage them via their site's chat function, but you will be provided with an endless stream of useless alternate protocols whose seeming purpose is to give the impression that there might be a workaround. There isn't. And when you review here, a company spokesperson will respond in the comments with what they know to be a foolish fiction that if you do so-and-so and recontact, it will help. It will certainly not. It is a variation of the the same comment they post to your review, chosen from a preselected crop of comments from which they conveniently copy-paste for your benefit lol. Despite the disinformation they proffer, which they know to be disinformation, they are apparently not seriously working on circumventing the Turkish state's admittedly new stance against VPN's. But again, this is why I purchased a three year subscription cause of regular site's blocked in Turkey, such as Wikipedia, and previously, Youtube. You would think that since this is quite literally Nord's job, and since it's services are most critical in countries where VPN's are under attack by the state itself, not by corporate outfits like Netflix or Comcast that simply don't want you watching from abroad, it would be especially concerned with overcoming such bans (read: antidemocratic states, not rapacious corporations, both bad, but hey). But no, they will feed you a bunch of dissimulation since you have already purchased a subscription. Waiting, but probably to no avail as other commenters from Turkey have noted long before me.
