I have had a good evening experience with this VPN. We travel a lot and appreciate the added security for handling out online banking and financial affairs. We do suffer from some locations finding significantly slower servers than others and a few web sites that you’d really like the added security just not working with the vpn connected (such as credit karma). On the whole, our virus/malware prevention software reports very few attacks and at least some of this could be attributed to the vpn. One improvement i’d Like to see is the server map populated with some sort of speed/load information so I could make choices of choosing a server based not only on speed but country and region. This could be a big help when traveling internationally. I’d also appreciate getting alerts when a faster/better connection is found so could have the option to switch. Otherwise, good stuff.

Seems to work well and rapidly selects a server automatically when boot up my PC, but recently quite often but not always, asks me to log into NORD which is a real pain as I have to go to my password manager, log into that, copy and past my Nord user name and password in to the Nord login screen. All I want to do is to get on with my work, not have to deal with this.

I installed this but it never worked. I have a fibre optic internet connection yet my internet speeds were terrible through Nordvpn. Also I wanted to use it to access the BBC iplayer from Spain but that never worked. Last October, after using it for 2 weeks, I asked for my money back through their awful customer services website. I uninstalled the software before I contacted them. It's now February and I'm still waiting for them to contact me or give my money back. Luckily I only paid for one month so they're only stealing 13 euros from me. I can't believe a company this big would even bother to con someone out of 13 euros. If you are going to try this software then I urge you to only pay for one month because, if it doesn't work, there's a good chance you won't get your money back. Unfortunately I cannot add a ticket id or a reference number because I never received either. I have received many emails about grabbing a 3-year plan for only 99 bucks though.
I have had very few issues with nord and it has worked for me around the globe. Most recently, the upgrade of the Mac operating systems caused an issue that has been resolved.
