Overall I'm quite happy with NordVPN. The customer service is good. Problems are solved quickly and you get your answers immediately via chat. The App itself and the servers are not 100 % working fine. Therefore just 4 out of 5 stars.

Terrible Mac app. You can't switch the VPN on/off without screwing up your settings. I was stuck "in Sweden" and no matter what settings I changed on Chrome/Safari, I just couldn't get the location set back to UK. Had to uninstall completely, reinstall with default to UK, and then uninstall once again to stay clear from this screwup. Some serious bugs/issues with the app... you'd think they'd want to invest in some quality control...

Too many United States VPNs get overcrowded, causing my connection to get repeatedly disconnected and/or change to a different VPN. When this happens, I loose connection to websites that on which I am doing work. This is very frustrating and aggravating. Although I live in the United States, I often have to connect to a Canadian VPN to have a stable connection. Doing this causes problems with web sites that automatically connect me to locations based on the VPN's location.
