I have liked the improvements they have made to the NordVPN linux application. It was easy to install and it automatically reconnects when a laptop goes from a sleep state to active. I would like to see a GUI status indicator to know when the VPN is connected or even a better GUI interface. I can not fault the current command-line tool and appreciate the entire service they provide.

I would have rated you higher, but device issues/problems appear after a software update. You should force customers to do a reboot after software updates. Problems seem to manifest after a software update, to the extent that incapacitates my device. Once I do a reboot, everything seems to be fine. These problems seem to always appear right after an update, and I rarely have these types of problems when no update has been performed.
